Kudos to the BLM!!!!!!!
The BLM has made a great trail even better. The Quartz Creek Trail starts in the Nome Creek Valley near the Mt. Prindle Campground. It goes north about 17 miles to Quartz Creek. A re-route of part of the trail has just been opened. The red colored portion of the trail is located on some very boggy and muddy terrain. The re-route from Little Champion Creek to the point where the trail leaves Champion Creek is great. Spectacular views and good trail.
